Smart Bushing Solutions: Design Portfolio
We provide bushing designs for both, continuous and batch processes. Depending on the respective task we design a tailor-made solution, hence do not provide off-the-shelf components. We deal with the entire spectrum of bushings for all kind of glass types, mineral melts and other special applications with working temperatures up to the range of 1600°C.
We do design cast and ODS material solutions, usually with the alloy types PtRh20 and PtRh10, FKS PtRh10 and FKS Pt (Rh free). Other compositions upon request.
Base-plate designs are usually folded and deep-drawn with 1 or 2 fields and up to 3 segments, with tip numbers up to 4000 (higher upon request). Tip design depends on the application, usually we provide T-shape with cylindrical rivet, length up to 6 mm and inner diameter down to 1 mm.
Screen types are always adapted to the tip design with holes below 1 mm diameter. We offer various geometries, such as U, V, W profiles and always adapted to the base-plate design.
We can provide the solution for any kind of fiber glass, being it as textile yarns for thermal and acoustic insulation, or in form of chopped strand as reinforcement materials for plastic and ceramic products in a huge variety of applications, such as
