We bring value to our customers by supporting them in managing the interface of the PGM component and its periphery within their manufacturing process: this can mean to gain better control on this part of the process, to obtain an improved understanding, and certainly to reduce process costs. These benefits do enable our customers to finetune the process to a maximum extent, which translates into economic and technical advantages for their products - and hence makes them more competitive.
